Fraser Smith, RPF
Fraser is a highly regarded Registered Professional Forester with a Master’s of Science in Forestry (MScF) from the University of Toronto.
Fraser has a diverse applied background in forest planning and management, tree marking, silviculture, guest lecturing and presentations, prescriptions and inventories, and expert testimony and legislative interpretation.
He has over 17 years’ experience in the management of terrestrial and aquatic invasive species and specialised herbicide application, including a tenure as the Terrestrial Invasive Species Outreach Liaison for the Invading Species Awareness Program.

Meg Quigley
Meg Quigley is a Silviculture Operations Coordinator with a passion for Ontario’s forested ecosystems and their sustainable management.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Bio-Resource Management from the University of Guelph (2022), and a Forestry Technician diploma from Fleming College (2024).
She has 3 years of experience working in forestry where she gained a diverse understanding regarding forest management.

Ken Elliott, RPF
Ken is a highly regarded Registered Professional Forester in Ontario with over 30 years of experience. His expertise includes silviculture and forest ecosystem science, with authorship credits on 35 academic journal articles and a book.
Ken has led and contributed to operational policy and program development for Ontario and has been a contributing author to a number of provincial guiding documents. He has assisted in SAR research and recovery planning for a number of different species.
Today, Ken continues to provide his ecosystem management and science expertise to governments, landowners, researchers, and Non-Government Organizations.

Dan Beausoleil
Dan is an associate forester, providing expertise in field operations, MFTIP plans, and forest management. His passion for working in forestry was inspired by completing the Indigenous Environmental Studies & Sciences program from Trent University in 2014, which has led to a variety of work and experience in silviculture, project management, arboriculture, conservation, and sustainable forest management.
His ambition is to contribute to the ongoing work of many, all striving to create a healthy forest landscape for future generations.

Adeilah Dahlke
Adeilah is the administrative assistant at FSmith Consulting Inc. She is a Trained Professional Organizer and member of Professional Organizers in Canada (POC). She has her own business, Jigsaw Organizing Solutions, which she has owned since 2015.
Adeilah currently serves as President for the Women’s Business Network (WBN) of Peterborough. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language & Literature, and loves all things organizing!
